I wish I could help answer this question in a technical way because I know it’s a problem. The beginning of the bull a few months back in February there were a few very prominent exchanges suffering degradation in the network. For now lets hope telegram can keep up the good work while the wildfire like innovation going on right now kicks that problem in the ass.
